License to carry a firearm will be issued to Westmoreland County residents only.

 

New Application Permits

 

1.  Please fill out the application in full. You can either appear in person or mail

     the application to:

     

     Sheriff's Office

     2 North Main Street

     Greensburg, PA 15601

2.  You have a choice of either a paper permit or a photo permit the cost is $25.00.  

     Photos are taken at the Sheriff's Office.

 

3.  Two personal character references are required. These references cannot include

     immediate family.

 

4.  Permits are issued Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
